1. Purpose:
8-09 and 9-12 types of high-pressure centrifugal ventilators specifically designed for iron furnaces, suitable for 1L/h and 2L/h、3L/h、5L/h、7Performance requirements for the iron furnace blower with L/h melting rate. This fan can also be used for blowing air in various furnaces and forging furnaces, and is also suitable for conveying air andOther gases that are non self igniting, harmless to the human body, and non corrosive to steel. The gas must not contain any viscous substances, dust, or hard particles with a concentration of no more than 150mg/m3, and the temperature must not exceed 80 ℃.
2. Form
The 8-09 fan is a single suction fan, with 5 different machine numbers including No.6.8A, 7.1D, 8D, 8.5D, and 9D;The 9-12 fan is a single suction fan, with 5 different machine numbers including No.6.8A, 7.1A, 7.7A, 8D, and 9D;
Both 8-09 and 9-12 can be made in two forms: clockwise and counterclockwise,When viewed from the side of the electric motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone machine, represented by "right"; if the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left cyclone machine, represented by "left".
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. There are three fixed positions for the air outlet: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °, which should be specified when ordering.
3. Structural characteristics
8-09, 9-12 fansIt mainly consists of impellers, casings, inlet air, transmission components, seals, machine bases, and other parts.8-09 can adopt partial assembly structure, while other machine numbers adopt integral structure.
(1) The impeller blade profile is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory and has undergone dynamic and static balance correction, resulting in good air performance, high efficiency, and smooth operation.
(2) The casing is made of steel plate and processed into an Archimedean spiral shaped snail shell using a CNC laser cutting machine.
(3) The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, with a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, which allows gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
(4) The transmission part consists of the main shaft, bearing box, and coupling.
